Member of the Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society during the years 1985 to 1991. Member of the Panel of Conciliators and Arbitrators set up by the International Centre for Settlement on Investment Disputes (ICSID). Co-author of Alf Ross’ “Folkeret” (public international law), 5th edition, 1976, and 6th edition, 1984.
From 1977 to 1978 Per Magid was an associate with White & Case in New York.
Per Magid has been the agent and advocate for the Danish Government in cases before the International Court of Justice in The Hague; Norway against Denmark on the delimitation of territorial waters between Greenland and Jan Mayen (1988) and Finland against Denmark on the right to passage through the Danish Great Belt (1991).
